ROMAC, a program of the Rotary Districts of Australia and New Zealand is not, as a matter of law, bound by the Privacy Act 1988.
However, in recognition of the growing awareness of privacy issues and the individual's right to privacy, ROMAC will use its best endeavours to ensure the collection, use, management and disclosure of personal information by ROMAC will be approached in a manner that is sensitive to the privacy of individuals associated with ROMAC.
Personal information will generally only be collected and used for the purpose of advancing the objectives of ROMAC.
