ROMAC and the Immigration Department

Prior to any patient coming to Australia, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship needs to issue Medical Treatment Visas for both the patient and their carer.

ROMAC is very appreciative of the support this department  is providing in this critical process.

On 18 May 2011 ROMAC in the person of Operations Director Richard Woodburn and Operations Consultant Bryan Mason was privileged to be invited to be present at the training session in Brisbane attended by DIMC officers from Timor Leste, PNG, New Caledonia and Fiji as well as their Canberra office.

The exchange of information that occurred during this event will ensure the continuity of the close relationship  with DIMC which ROMAC has enjoyed over recent years.
