Dr Phil Rosengarten is the Southern Region Medical Advisor. Phil studied medicine at Monash University and is a Regional General Paediatrician at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Victoria. Previously he was Head of the Paediatric Unit at Dandenong Hospital, Director of Postgraduate Medical Education, Southern Health Care Network and Associate Professor, Department of Paediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University.
