Legal Information – Your Donations

The following information will form our donations policy and explain your donation payment / use of your credit card.

Your donation is made in the currency of your choice – Australian Dollars (AUD), New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and US Dollars (USD).

The full amount of your donation is for immediate payment. If you select a recurring payment subscription you will be charged that amount once immediately, and again thereafter on an ongoing monthly basis.

Donations are generally non-refundable.

If you believe there has been an error in your donation transaction please contact the ROMAC treasurer.

ROMAC only accepts payments for donations and does not deliver products.

ROMAC website employs the latest SSL encryption to provide you a secure experience when using our website. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to our trusted payment processor (PayPal) and is not transmitted at all to our servers.

We do require some additional information when you donate, in order to track donors and their donations and to send receipts. This is usually limited to name, email address, and basic locality.
